We have years of experience in knowing what works well together and what needs to be avoided. We leverage that experience to recommend highly stable solutions that won’t let you down when you need it most.
For years we had internal IT support but we were constantly dealing with problems which translated into a lot of downtime and frustration. Nucleus was able to assess our system, make recommendations and implement them in a short period of time. They did it without much interruption to us. Since the transition to Nucleus, our firm of 40 has really benefited from being able to have direct access to their team of IT professionals. When a software or hardware issue arises, the Nucleus team has been able to respond and resolve these issues almost immediately. It has made a big difference in our day to day productivity.
